Melissa Toth is from Toledo and has been performing for over 25 years. She received a B.F.A in Musical Theatre from Wright State University. While in school, Melissa worked as a performer at Cedar Point and Kings Island. In New York City, she originated the role of the Little Mermaid in Disenchanted and performed in the off-Broadway rock musical, The Hole. One of her greatest accomplishments was portraying Grizabella in the 30th Anniversary Broadway National Tour of CATS, where she sang the iconic song, "Memory". Melissa was also the first American Female Vocalist featured on the Queen Mary 2, traveling to five continents. Favorite regional theatre credits include Rent (Maureen), Smokey Joe's Cafe (DeeLee), The Civil War (Sarah), Hair (Jeanie), and Jekyll & Hyde (Lucy). Melissa is in her 12th year of teaching theatre at Toledo School for the Arts and recently received her Masters in Education at the University of Toledo. She also sings in the successful cover band, Not Fast Enuff and has participated in multiple events with Toledo Symphony Orchestra for their Young People's Performances. Melissa is thankful for all the love and support from her husband, Michael. Her greatest role is being a Mom for Myla and Michael. Her family now resides in Perrysburg.
