Rachel Aron began her training in Atlanta, Georgia under Jonnie Kelley and Victoria Leigh. For her senior year, Rachel was accepted into Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre’s full time high school program and continued studying with their Graduate program. She then joined Nashville Ballet as a trainee in 2015. Rachel danced professionally with Columbia Classical Ballet and Lexington Ballet, where she performed principal and soloist roles such as the Sugar Plum Fairy. In 2019, she joined Fort Wayne Ballet in Indiana where Rachel has had the privilege of working with Robert La Fosse (Jerome Robbins Foundation), Cameron Basden (Gerald Arpino Foundation), Rebecca Metzger (George Balanchine Trust), Kristen Gallagher (Val Caniparoli’s Swipe), and Deanna Seay (Edward Stierle’s Concerto Con Brio). Her performance highlights include Gerald Arpino’s Light Rain and Italian Suite, Carabosse in The Sleeping Beauty, and Mark Godden’s Rite of Spring, a world premiere work choreographed for Fort Wayne Ballet. Rachel cannot wait to begin this new chapter with Toledo Ballet for the 2025-2026 season!
