Blake Pouliot Plays Shostakovich

Since his orchestral debut at age 11, violinist Blake Pouliot has risen to stardom as one of the leading violinists of his generation. He makes his second appearance with the Toledo Symphony performing the first violin concerto by Dmitri Shostakovich, a complex and brilliant concerto that conveys the emotion exactly as the composer intended.
