The Legend of Sleepy Hollow

Toledo Ballet kicks off its 85th season with a completely new spooky ballet perfect for the Halloween season. Superstitious and with a voracious appetite for ghost stories, Ichabod Crane competes for the affection of Katrina Van Tassel, the daughter of a local farmer. After a harvest party, Crane encounters the mysterious Headless Horseman in the woods. The next morning, he is nowhere to be found. With fresh choreography by Eric Otto and a brand-new score by composer Jonathan Heck, The Legend of Sleepy Hollow is sure to become your next Halloween tradition.  

Pre-concert activities hosted by the Toledo Symphony League will take place in the lobby of the Valentine at 12PM. Dress your best as there will be a costume parade and contest at 1PM! Please note that these activities will only take place at the Saturday Matinee performance.
