Class Information
In collaboration with Heartstring Melodies, the Toledo Symphony School of Music is offering an Adaptive Music class designed and led by board-certified music therapy-informed staff. This inclusive and welcoming program invites students of all abilities, neurotypes, and support needs to explore, create, and connect through music in a supportive group setting.
Sessions run for 6 weeks at $100, with drop-in classes available for $20. If you decide to continue after trying a class, we’re happy to prorate your tuition for the rest of the semester.
To ensure a comfortable experience for everyone, the class is limited to 12 students. Caretakers who wish to join are welcome, and we’re glad to accommodate additional participants when possible.
Please note that Adaptive Music is not a music therapy session, but is guided by music therapy principles. For more information about music therapy, visit Heartstring Melodies.
Did you know that Live Arts Toledo also offers Adaptive Dance? Feel free to check out both programs!
