What is Encore Society?
President's Club members also have the opportunity to join the Encore Society. This small group of patrons that have the chance to learn more about the
artistic process, dive deeper into our future planning, and provide input on upcoming performances.
Members of the Encore Society will attend exclusive meetings with our artistic leadership to hear firsthand how our performance seasons are created. Our artistic leaders, Alain Trudel and Eric Otto, will provide curated opportunities for involvement during this process. Encore Society members will then vote to provide their input for the artistic team to use when planning future seasons.
Membership Dues
$1,000 minimum annual President’s Club gift + $7,500 per year

Early Spring: Introduction to Artistic Process
Late Spring: Presentations of Selections for Consideration
Summer: Research and Voting
Early Autumn: Dinner and Announcement of Results
Recognition & Benefits
• Special acknowledgement at the selected performances
• Exclusive meetings with artistic leadership
• Prominent recognition in Live Arts Toledo publications and website.
Encore Society Impact
• Support for our own talented performers and the guest artists that make a concert or ballet extra special
• Resources to rent beautiful spaces like The Peristyle, The Valentine Theatre, The Stranahan and perform in our own space, the Toledo Center for Live Arts
• Funds to procure or commission new music for the enjoyment of Toledo audiences throughout the year
