GENERAL
Subscriptions and individual event tickets may be purchased online or by calling the Box Office at 419-246-8000. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be lost, stolen, or counterfeit, and if so are void. LAT prohibits any resale of tickets. Artists, events, programming, pricing, and date/time are subject to change. Late seating is subject to the discretion of management. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes sole liability for damages of any nature suffered in relation to or arising from the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring before, during, or after the event, and releases LAT from all liability for any such damages. No refunds will be issued.
SERVICE CHARGE
Tickets may be subject to service charges or other fees, which are disclosed wherever ticket prices are advertised. Fees may vary by event or ticket type. All applicable fees are nonrefundable.
EXCHANGES
Tickets may be exchanged for another performance within the current performance season by contacting the Live Arts Toledo Box Office prior to the scheduled performance; exchanges cannot be processed after a performance. All exchanges are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. Subscriber exchange benefits vary by package. Single-ticket exchanges may be subject to an exchange fee, which is disclosed wherever ticket prices are advertised. Restrictions may apply.
TICKET DONATIONS
Tax acknowledgements can be issued upon request in exchange for donated tickets. Any associated fees cannot be included in the donation of tickets.
GIFT VOUCHERS
A Live Arts Toledo gift voucher may be used toward the purchase of tickets to any Toledo Symphony, Toledo Ballet, or Toledo Jazz Orchestra performance or series subscription. They can be used in place of cash at the Box Office and are available in any denomination. Gift vouchers can be purchased HERE.
MARKETING RELEASE
Use of an event ticket serves as an acknowledgment of the ticket holder’s willingness to appear in photos and/or videos taken in public areas of the venue and releases Live Arts Toledo from liability resulting from the use of those photos and/or videos for marketing purposes.
